Four Squirrels

There was a 24 hour party in my attic; squirrels during the day and rats at night.  We spent months fixing all the entryways that had been created allowing the presence of these party animals.  I even encountered a squirrel face-to-face when I was replacing the screens over the ventilation holes - not sure who was more startled.

Kermit had a hard time being green, but we don't have to struggle. Even a frog can make a few changes to reduce waste and improve the planet.

Some of my earliest memories are of spending time with my father in his garden. He always had one. There was never anything that tasted better than the first radish or carrot of the season that he would wipe on his jeans and hand me to eat.
