Colette has a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology/Corporate Fitness and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise/Health Science from Baylor University.  She has several certifications, including CIAR Physical Fitness Specialist/Advanced, CIAR Senior FAST-50/Special Populations and CIAR Biomechanics of Strength, just to name a few.  A frequent publisher in areas of women's fitness and health, Colette is an expert in women's health and fitness.

Some of us have been doing the same exercises for way too long. Adding variation to an exercise program not only allows for increased physiological improvement, reduced risk of injury, prevention of overuse, but also a reduction of psychological/mental monotony.
